Coaching to get to the root cause of the challenge and then a bespoke program of evidenced practices which can be:
western clinical approaches (somatic awareness, focusing, parasympathetic nervous system activation, cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology)
eastern healing practices (yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness).
